As a Senior Associate Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational performance through expert consulting. This role specifically requires proficiency in KPI setting, dashboards and reporting, data analytics, comprehensive reporting, and corporate performance management. With over three years of experience in management consulting, the ideal candidate will bring a strategic perspective and a data-driven approach to drive meaningful business results.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in management consulting, with a strong focus on performance management and analytics.
• Proven expertise in developing and implementing KPIs, performance dashboards, comprehensive reporting systems, and corporate performance management strategies.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in using advanced data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and lead project teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from conception through to completion.
• Adept in problem-solving and critical thinking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement KPI frameworks to accurately measure organizational performance.
• Develop sophisticated dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to business leaders.
• Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that performance management tools are aligned with business objectives.
• Provide training and support to stakeholders on the use of performance management systems and tools.
• Lead consulting projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and exceed client expectations.
• Continuously research and implement best practices in enterprise and corporate performance management to stay ahead of industry trends.
