About our client

Our client is a private equity team with a strong track record. This is an exciting opportunity for an Associate / Senior Associate to join a growing private equity investment team based in Saudi Arabia. The role will focus on high growth investments in the aviation sectors across the MENA region. The team invests via direct equity structures. What the job involves

• Involvement in designing and executing the investment strategy
• Involved in all aspects of the transaction process, including valuating and screening investment opportunities, structuring and executing investments across multiple sectors and portfolio monitoring
• Involved in value creation initiatives within portfolio companies
• Take responsibility for the development and analysis of financial models as well as participation in due diligence

Who we are looking for

• Experience from one or more of the following: a top-tier investment bank, MBB strategy consulting firm, or a venture capital / private equity firm
• Strong academic background, you should have a degree from a top-tier university, and an MBA from an internationally renowned institution would also be advantageous
• Experience within the MENA region is not essential to this role
• Willingness and ability to relocate and be based in Saudi Arabia full-time
