JASARA PMC is currently seeking a talented and experienced Senior Architecture Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing architectural engineering projects, ensuring that designs meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. You will collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and interdisciplinary teams to bring innovative architectural solutions to life.

As a Senior Architecture Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Leading the architectural design process.
2. Developing detailed drawings.
3. Conducting site visits for quality assurance.
4. Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
5. Mentoring junior engineers and architects to foster a collaborative environment aimed at achieving project excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage and be responsible for the Architecture Design Disciplines.
• Oversee the implementation and management of value engineering processes.
• Lead the oversight of the overall design and engineering activities on all F&E projects.
• Ensure design delivery for all design stages (30%, 60%, 90%) for projects designed in-house, including specifications, in accordance with approved design guidelines and standards.
• Manage design-based activities for outsourced design packages, including design reviews and technical approvals, while ensuring adherence to regulations and design guidelines.
• Ensure that engineering and design learnings are shared and implemented across all projects.
• Provide a technical assurance role for all internal and outsourced design deliverables.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelors, Masters, or PhD in Architecture or equivalent.
