Role Purpose
The Senior Architect / Design Manager is a creative and technically skilled leader responsible for producing and managing high-quality architectural designs. The role requires strong design capability for concept creation, technical development, and interdisciplinary coordination, with deep knowledge of BIM tools and workflows.
Key Responsibilities
Design Leadership & Creative Development
- Develop concept and schematic designs aligned with client vision and project requirements.
- Prepare design narratives, concept boards, and façade studies.
- Present and defend design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Maintain design creativity and technical accuracy through all stages of design.
Technical Management & Coordination
- Manage the architecture team throughout all project stages.
- Coordinate with Structure, MEP, and Interior teams to ensure full integration.
- Review and approve architectural drawings for compliance with SBC and MOMRAH standards.
- Conduct QA/QC reviews and ensure all deliverables meet company quality standards.
BIM Integration & Digital Design
- Lead architectural BIM workflows and coordinate with the BIM Manager.
- Oversee Revit model development and ensure accuracy to the required LOD per project stage.
- Maintain architectural libraries and digital standards in Autodesk Collaborate Pro.
- Apply BIM knowledge to streamline coordination and design communication.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (Master’s or international design qualification preferred).
- Minimum 12–15 years of architectural experience, with at least 5 years in senior design management.
- Strong capability in concept design and façade development.
- High proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Rhino, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep knowledge of BIM processes and multi-discipline coordination.
- Saudi Council of Engineers registration required.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
