Job summary

The role demands extensive hospitality, mixed-use, airport, and luxury villa experience, with advanced BIM proficiency to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, oversee design packages, and mentor junior staff, ensuring adherence to BEP and company standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 15+ years of architectural design experience.
• Proven experience with leading international engineering consultancy or architectural firms.
• Hospitality Projects, Luxury Hotels & Resorts, Mixed-Use Developments, Airports & Aviation Facilities, Luxury Villas & High-End Residential Projects.
• Experience across Concept, Schematic, Detailed Design and IFC documentation.
• Middle East project experience is highly desirable.

The Senior Architect is responsible for leading the architectural design and technical development of complex, high-profile projects from concept through detailed design. The role requires extensive experience in hospitality, mixed-use developments, airports, and luxury villas, while ensuring innovative, sustainable, and technically sound design solutions. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and demonstrate advanced BIM capabilities to deliver coordinated, high-quality designs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design of complex projects across multiple sectors.
• Develop innovative, functional, and aesthetically outstanding design solutions.
• Prepare concept, schematic, detailed design, and construction documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project briefs, client requirements, international standards, and local authority regulations.
• Participate in design presentations and client workshops.

Project Delivery

• Manage architectural packages throughout all design stages.
• Coordinate with Structural, MEP, Landscape, Interior Design, BIM, and Project Management teams.
• Review and approve design deliverables before submission.
• Resolve technical design challenges while maintaining project schedules.
• Support value engineering initiatives without compromising design quality.

BIM & Digital Delivery

• Lead architectural BIM modelling using Autodesk Revit.
• Ensure compliance with BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and company BIM standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary models using Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud.
• Participate in clash detection, model reviews, and digital coordination meetings.
• Mentor junior architects in BIM best practices.

Quality & Technical Excellence

• Ensure all architectural deliverables meet company QA/QC procedures.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
• Maintain consistency with international building codes and industry standards.
• Promote design innovation and continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Management

• Interface with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities.
• Support Design Managers during technical meetings.
• Present architectural concepts and technical solutions confidently.
• Mentor Graduate and Junior Architects.
• Support knowledge sharing and professional development within the design team.
• Contribute to improving design processes and standards.

Required Experience
