• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure the project's design aligns with the overall vision and goals.


• Provide innovative design solutions that enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability of the mall.


• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, address any design challenges, and ensure compliance with regulations.


• Mentor and supervise junior architects and designers to foster their professional growth and development.


• Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain seamless coordination throughout the project lifecycle.


• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and advancements in architectural technology to incorporate into the project.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.


• Minimum of 10 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial projects, preferably malls or retail centers.


• Proficient in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
