Responsibilities: - Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion in a research-driven environment. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate innovative technologies into architectural solutions. - Develop and present detailed architectural proposals, blueprints, and specifications. - Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to ensure project viability and alignment with research objectives. - Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence. - Stay current with emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and incorporate them into projects. - Ensure all architectural designs comply with Saudi Arabia’s regulatory standards and sustainability practices.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field; advanced certifications preferred. - Minimum of 7 years of experience in architectural design within research and development sectors. - Proven track record of leading successful architectural projects with innovative technology integration. - Strong proficiency in CAD software, BIM, and other design tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate. - Strong leadership and communication skills, comfortable collaborating across diverse teams. - Knowledge of Saudi Arabia’s building codes, environmental standards, and cultural considerations.
