We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and execution of high-profile architectural projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong design portfolio, deep technical knowledge, and excellent leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with clients, engineers, and contractors.

Lead the architectural design process from concept to construction documentation.

Oversee and review detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical submittals.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure design integration.

Ensure all designs meet building codes, local regulations, and sustainability standards.

Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers.

Participate in client meetings and present design proposals.

Oversee site visits and provide design guidance during construction phases.

Assist in project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional registration/license (e.g., SOCPA, RIBA, AIA) is preferred.
• 8–15 years of experience in architectural design and project delivery.
• Strong portfolio including large-scale commercial, residential, or hospitality projects.
• Proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite.
