Job description

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and review all long-term contracts (rent, utilities, maintenance, etc.) to determine due receivables and process them in a timely manner.
  • Review all LoBs received requests to issue invoices to ensure they are allowable and authorized.
  • Review and process invoice requests from all LoBs for customers.
  • Ensure the proper accounting cycle for customer orders and sales orders by reviewing customer balances during the invoice issuance process.
  • Review down payments from customers.
  • Send periodic statements of accounts to customers to ensure the company's receivables match the customers' balances.
  • Prepare the monthly Accounts Receivable (AR) package.
  • Prepare AR Expected Credit Loss (ECL) calculation.
  • Establish excellent working relationships within functions across the organization to ensure effective implementation of business priorities.
  • Analyze financial and business performance against key metrics.
  • Perform financial modeling and ad hoc analyses of divisional financial performance to support strategic planning.
