Job description

We are seeking a High Frequency simulation expert to support our clients in the Middle East. This role involves providing pre-sales activities, technical support, training, and consultation for projects involving high frequency simulation analysis. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Ansys HFSS and Ansys SIwave and be passionate about helping customers optimize their engineering processes. You will be a part of our positive, dynamic team of enthusiastic and passionate engineers striving to deliver the highest quality solutions to our customers, advancing your knowledge, experience, and your impact on the success of our customers and Ansys.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Lead/Assist in coordinating and executing all technical activities throughout the sales opportunity lifecycle such as technical discovery, product presentations, demonstrations and evaluations.
  2. Responsible for providing best in class solutions involving communication with RF and Phased Array systems and collaborating with the cross regional and cross functional teams for developing suitable solutions.
  3. Work in Advanced technology areas such as 5G, Millimeter wave, communications and Radar Systems and collaborate with customers to have a footprint of Ansys in customer design process.
  4. Understand customer needs in Chip, Package and PCB designs involving Signal Integrity and Power Integrity and provide right methodologies with Ansys solutions to ensure customer success.
  5. As a product expert with one or more Ansys products, interact with customers to understand their product design needs and engineering design workflows analyze how to address customer requirements using Ansys products and platform articulate Ansys value proposition.
  6. Develop, organize, and deliver introductory technical training courses on the use of ANSYS electromagnetic simulation products.
  7. Participate in external and internal events to further enhance Ansys solution related to RF systems.
  8. Sustain technical proficiency through ANSYS certifications and continual pursuit of personal, technical, and professional growth.
  9. Participate in and support internal marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement, education, and grow technical capacity.

Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience

  1. Requires a Minimum Master of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering RF/Electronics communication.
  2. Required minimum 4 years of professional experience in electromagnetic simulation domain.
  3. Demonstrated use of relevant Ansys software such as HFSS, SBR+, SIwave, Q3D Extractor and EMIT or knowledge of other commercial like ADS, SystemVue, Simulink, AWR, CST, FEKO software packages.
  4. Experience in working with RF Link Budget Analysis and related Systems.
  5. Knowledge of 5G system, Phased Array, Digital Beamforming, Microwave components, Communication and Radar system.
  6. A thorough understanding of electronics devices and/or electrical system design and simulation, preferably with industry knowledge in one or more of the following applications: PCB.
