INTECH Automation Intelligence is seeking a Senior APC Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in supporting Cybersecurity Solutions across industries such as Oil & Gas (Upstream, Midstream, Downstream), Petrochemicals, and Utilities. We are looking for a highly skilled Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with experience in designing and developing BI solutions, SQL data modeling, Python data processing, and integration with .NET MVC web applications. You will collaborate with stakeholders, data engineers, and developers to transform raw data into insights that drive decisions. INTECH’s commitment to reliable solutions ensures your contribution to projects that enhance power distribution and infrastructure efficiency.

What You’ll Lead and Deliver :

• Execute the Commissioning of APC
• Perform feasibility studies of APC projects
• Optimize plants using GDOT technology
• Manage project programs
• Apply process operation knowledge
• Conduct data analytics, benefit estimation, and business case development
• Maintain and support existing APC implementations
• Lead APC engineering teams in:
• Refinery, Oil & Gas, and Petrochemical plant optimization
• APC implementation phases
• Mode development, step testing, calibration
• Identify inferential requirements and develop solutions
• Generate inferences through Deep Learning

Requirements

To Be Successful in This Role, You Must Have :

• 30+ years of APC experience in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Chemical, Petrochemical, and Gas Processing industries
• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or related field
• Open to all nationalities
• Experience with DMC Plus, GDOT, Honeywell/AVEVA APC, Inferential, Deep Learning, RTO with AI and Process Optimization
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Hands-on experience with PID tuning and process control
