What you'll be doing
Support HR processes related to performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits. Maintain accurate employee data, validate structures, and support talent management activities. Prepare data reports for senior management, assist with HR budgets, and support decision-making with Power BI dashboards. Ensure data integrity and alignment with salary scales. Conduct cost and variance analyses, update organization charts, and support HR projects and policies. Act as a primary contact for HR platforms and suggest process improvements.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Human Resources, with 5+ years of experience in Business Analysis or Data & Analytics. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, PowerBI, and similar tools. Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Knowledge of data protection and information governance. Proactive, organized, detail-oriented, with a broad understanding of People Functions.
