Job Purpose

The purpose of this role is to deliver high-quality financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support strategic planning, optimize resource allocation, and drive profitability. The financial analyst plays a key role in identifying trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring accurate financial management, and partnering with business leaders to achieve organizational goals.

Job Responsibility

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management reports
  • Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget, actual vs. forecast), identifying key business drivers
  • Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and integrity of financial data and reporting
  • Prepare and analyze expense reports to ensure alignment with the approved budget
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.
  • Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support business planning
  • Support the budgeting and forecasting process, collaborating with different departments.
  • Assist the FP&A function in corporate finance tasks as required
  • Prepare and update financial forecasts for the BU
  • Support the FP&A function in the maintenance of the Group Finance &
  • Investment Library.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and dashboards for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support in the preparation of Board presentations
  • Perform other job-related projects and/or assignments as requested by the BU
  • leadership team and/or FP&A function

Desired Qualifications & Experience
