A leading consulting firm seeks a Senior Analyst in Climate & Sustainability to drive impactful client engagements in the Middle East. This role emphasizes analytical problem-solving and client collaboration, focusing on sustainability in megaprojects and infrastructure. Candidates should have significant experience in consulting or relevant industry sectors, with a strong foundation in green building practices and ESG reporting.
What You'll Do
As a Senior Analyst (SA) in a Client-Focused role within BCG's Travel, Cities & Tourism (TCI) and Climate & Sustainability (C&S) Practice Areas (PAs) in the Middle East, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized knowledge assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). Core focus areas will include supporting the growth of the regional TCI x C&S IP, including topics important to Megaprojects & Infrastructure in the Middle East, such as C&S Transformation, ESG Strategy & Disclosure, Green Building Certifications, Decarbonization and Green Materials, Climate Risk A&R, and Waste and Water Management, in close collaboration with sectoral and functional expertise from across the TCI and C&S PAs.
You will contribute to proposals and cases through thought partnership in your area of expertise, delivering original analyses and insights that help drive strong impact with clients. This includes participating in day-to-day meetings with clients, developing presentations (in PowerPoint) and quantitative models (in Excel) as needed, running meetings independently or with the support of BCG leadership, and developing white papers (in Word) detailing specific topics of expertise. You will also be responsible for preparing proposals (in PowerPoint) to support business development efforts and contributing to the development of internal BCG Practice Area initiatives.
While contributing to client cases, workshops, and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements and design/develop solutions.
Additionally, as a Senior Analyst, you will support the development of intellectual property and assets for the business.
C&S is BCG's fastest-growing practice and a driving force for BCG's global ambition to become the most positively impactful company in the world. TCI is one of BCG's youngest and fastest-growing practices, being now one of the biggest PAs in the region. We believe that we can transform together with our clients how the Middle East creates competitive advantage through sustainability while solving some of the most pressing C&S challenges.
