What You’ll Do

As a Senior Analyst BCG Vantage In a Client Focus role within BCG’s Travel, Cities & Infrastructure Practice Area, you will work in a growing global team, delivering value to clients via individual expertise and/or institutionalized BCG Vantage assets (products, tools, data, workshops, frameworks, surveys, domain-specific data and related expertise, etc.). You will contribute on cases and proposals by contributing relevant analysis and insights and help case teams create strong impact for the client. While contributing to client cases, workshops and proposals, occasional travel to serve clients onsite during staffing assignments is expected to understand client requirements, and design / develop solutions.

You will support commercialization efforts for the real estate topic, working in conjunction with business leaders, through contributing analysis and insights to proposals, client workshops and marketing materials. Additionally, as a Senior Analyst BCG Vantage, you will contribute to developing intellectual property & assets for the business and assist in onboarding and training junior colleagues based on your real estate expertise.

Specifically, you will be part of the Cities, Infrastructure Development, Real Estate & Tourism (CRT) sector. You will work across a breadth of property sectors, geographies, and client types, leveraging your local and global industry expertise. The real estate knowledge team works with clients from the public and private sectors on a wide range of strategic and cross-disciplinary topics, including strategy design, revenue management, cost optimization, portfolio strategy, asset management, digital transformation, and sustainability.

What You’ll Bring

• 2+ years of consulting experience in real estate required; candidates with consulting experience strongly preferred. We are open to considering candidates with consulting experience from top management consulting firms, general consulting firms, and boutique firms.
• In lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Strong business acumen and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Solving client problems through formulating relevant research and/or analytical approaches in megaprojects development and master plan implementation projects, including commercial real estate transaction management, financing, joint ventures and structures, and asset management.
