Job Description

1. Establishes operational objectives and work plans, delegating assignments to subordinate managers.
2. Reviews objectives to determine the success of operations.
3. Develops and modifies company policies affecting immediate operations and potentially the entire organization.
4. Analyzes situations or data requiring in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
5. Implements strategic policies by selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to achieve results.
6. Oversees project administration during the construction cycle, including technical, financial, and client satisfaction aspects.
7. Responsible for the development, coordination, and execution of planning, design, and/or construction management activities and personnel on a daily basis.
8. Works as an integral part of the site construction team, following project plans and procedures.
