Position: Senior Accountant

Contract Duration: 2 Years
Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant with expertise in Odoo ERP
softwareto join ourfinance team. Theideal candidatewill havemorethan3years of experiencein
accounting and astrong understandingof the Odoo system, especially its accounting modules. As
a Senior Accountant, youwill beresponsiblefor managing complexaccounting tasks, ensuring the
accuracy of financial statements, and contributingto theoverall financial strategy of thecompany.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
and general ledger management.
UtilizeOdoo ERP softwareto prepare, maintain, and reviewfinancial statements, ensuring
accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Perform month-end and year-end closing procedures, ensuring all transactions are properly
recorded and reconciled.
Preparedetailed financial reports, including balance sheets, profit and loss statements,
and cash flow reports.
Manage reconciliation of bank accounts, intercompany transactions, and general ledger
accounts.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making
processes.


Support tax filings and compliance, ensuring adherence to local tax laws and regulations.
Perform regular internal audits to ensure the integrity of financial data.

Provideleadership and mentorship to junior accounting
staff, helping with Odoo software training and
development.
Collaborate with external auditors during audits,
ensuring all necessary documentation and records are
available.
Identify areas for process improvement and suggest
changes to enhance efficiency within the accounting
department.
Required Qualifications:


Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in
accounting, with specific expertise in using Odoo ERP
software.


Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and
reconciliations.
Proficientin using Odoo accounting modules (suchas
general ledger, accounts payable, accounts
receivable, invoicing, etc.).



Excellent analytical and problem-solvingskills.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with accounting software.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to
detail.

Ability to work independently and as partof a team, managing multiple
priorities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:


CPA, ACCA, or other professional accounting certifications are a plus.
Previous experience in a similar industry or environment.
Ability to lead projects and collaborate across different departments.
