Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories (SEL) is seeking a highly motivated Senior Accountant to join our accounting team in Khobar. The successful candidate will play a vital role in accounting operations, including preparing bank reconciliations, coordinating fiscal audits, and possessing strong knowledge of accounts payable and receivable. Proven expertise in creating and analyzing liability, asset, and capital accounts is essential. Candidates should be well-versed in accounting and financial reporting principles, procedures, taxes, and ERP systems. Native Arabic speakers are preferred. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Apply accounting and finance principles to perform, review, or audit journal entries, account analyses, workpapers, reconciliations, month-end close tasks, and assist in the consolidation of US and international entities. Assist in external audits and tax return preparations.
2. Analyze financial results, providing management with insights and recommendations.
3. Prepare budgets, projections, product cost analyses, and support the implementation or review of internal controls.
4. Conduct research and planning according to GAAP, IFRS, and tax laws, making recommendations to management.
5. Adhere to SEL Values, Principles of Operations, and World Class Manufacturing Principles.
6. Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
