Project Overview

Bechtel has a long history of involvement in complex airport projects, including developments in the GCC such as King Khalid, King Fahad, Dubai, Hamad, and Muscat international airports. We are excited about the future of aviation in Saudi Arabia and are considering candidates with experience in aviation, transportation, or complex public buildings for a major infrastructure project in Riyadh.

Job Summary

This role provides professional Financial & Accounting support, including contract reviews, audits, statement reviews, and assistance with financial reporting and process improvements to ensure compliance and issue resolution.

Major Responsibilities

• Provide accounting support services
• Analyze technical data and prepare related reports and studies
• Collaborate with transactional groups to improve processes
• Review client invoices for contractual compliance
• Manage the PAAF process and logs, ensuring accuracy
• Assist with internal and external audit queries
• Support credit reviews of suppliers using financial ratios
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure financial accuracy
• Provide financial analysis and support for GBU projects

Education And Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s degree (or international equivalent) with 5-8 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of work experience.

Required Knowledge And Skills

• Understanding of organizational policies and procedures
• Proficiency in basic accounting functions and problem-solving
• Effective communication skills
• Interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix organization
• Working knowledge of computer systems related to accounting
