Qualifications

• خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في المحاسبة، ويفضل أن تكون في التجارة الإلكترونية.
• فهم قوي لدورات الطلب عبر الإنترنت وتنفيذ إدارة المفاتيح في العمليات التجارية الرقمية.

Responsibilities

• إدارة قيود اليومية اليومية، وتسوية البنوك، والدفع/الاستلام.
• إعداد بيانات مالية دقيقة شهريًا، ربع سنوية وسنوية.
• تحليل ربحية الطلب وهامش المنتج استنادًا إلى البيانات من المنصات الإلكترونية.

About the Company:

Segadty is one of the leading brands under Alkaffary Group, currently experiencing significant growth in the digital retail space. As part of the group's broader digital transformation, we operate through platforms like Zid and Salla, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and data-driven decision-making. In light of this growth, we are expanding our finance team to support the brand's continued success and ensure strong financial performance and transparency.


Role Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Accountant to oversee financial operations and support the growing needs of our e-commerce business. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in online accounting systems and who understands the financial workflows of digital retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily journal entries, bank reconciliations, and accounts payable/receivable
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Analyze order profitability and product-level margins based on data from online platforms
• Review supplier invoices and e-invoices issued through the online store
• Track and validate cost of goods sold (COGS) using inventory data from Zid and Salla
• Coordinate with marketing and operations to produce financial performance reports and business insights
• Reconcile payment gateway reports (e.g., Tabby, Tamara, credit cards, bank transfers) with accounting records
• Ensure alignment between warehouse stock movement and financial reporting
  
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years accounting experience, preferably with exposure to e-commerce
• Familiarity with platforms such as Zid, Salla, and Daftra is highly preferred
• Solid understanding of online order cycles and digital retail operations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate actionable financial insights
• Working knowledge of Saudi e-invoicing regulations and VAT compliance
