Responsibilities:
- Handling and follow-up of receivable and payable accounts, expenses, and banks.
- Registration of financial and accounting records and preparation of documents for financial operations related to expenses and revenues, including assistance in the preparation of annual financial reports.
- Follow-up of financial procedures and management of financial release of sales orders.
- Monitoring and reporting on the income generated by the Fund.
- Preparation of monthly financial transactions for expenses.
- Assets register management and depreciation tracking.
- Performing other accounting and finance functions as required by the company.
- Proposal for bad debts provisions.
- Preparation of VAT reports and declarations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in programs such as Microsoft Office, email, and ERP systems.
- Ability to assess the quality of expenditures for proper allocation.
- Understanding of account nature and restrictions for accuracy.
- Accuracy, organization, and ability to work under pressure.
- Continuous follow-up and review of assigned tasks.
- Language skills: Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Active, well-organized, efficient, team player, and tolerant to pressure.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
