Job Overview:

XAD Technologies is looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team in Riyadh, KSA. The ideal candidate must have strong banking relations in KSA, proficiency in accounting software, and expertise in payroll management. The role requires an Accounting and Finance degree with relevant certifications, and we are specifically seeking Indian nationals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with KSA banks for financial transactions.
• Handle bank reconciliations, deposits, and financial reporting.
• Process LCs, bank guarantees, and loan facilities as required.
• Payroll & Compensation:
  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with KSA labor laws.
  • Manage employee benefits, deductions, and reimbursements.
• Maintain general ledger entries, accounts payable, and receivables.
• Ensure proper record-keeping of financial transactions.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Software & Reporting:
  • Utilize accounting software (such as SAP, QuickBooks, or similar) for financial reporting.
  • Prepare and analyze financial statements and audit reports.
  • Assist in tax and VAT compliance as per KSA regulations.
