Job description

We are currently seconding a Senior Account Manager to a prestigious real estate client based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. This is a high-visibility role supporting a transformational real estate developer aligned with Vision 2030 and focused on launching mixed-use, lifestyle-focused communities across the Kingdom.

Role Overview:

This seconded Senior Account Manager will be the primary liaison between Alsayegh and the client’s internal marketing and sales teams. The role demands a strategic thinker with strong CRM and digital fluency, who can manage integrated campaigns and align every execution to performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the day-to-day marketing lead, embedded within the client’s team in Jeddah

• Plan and oversee the execution of real estate marketing strategies and brand rollouts

• Ensure seamless CRM integration (Salesforce or similar) across digital campaigns and lead capture journeys

• Coordinate campaign production across internal and client teams (creative, content, digital, PR)

• Monitor campaign performance, CRM analytics, and lead funnel health

• Support project launches from brand storytelling to campaign rollout

• Manage internal timelines, approvals, and client feedback loops

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years of experience in Account Management or Client Services

• Strong real estate knowledge, preferably within KSA or GCC markets

• Fluent in both English and Arabic

• Hands-on experience managing CRM-integrated marketing campaigns (Salesforce experience a plus)

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficiency in digital platforms, campaign reporting, and content lifecycle

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Able to manage complex workflows with clarity, ownership, and autonomy

• Comfortable working on-site within the client’s team

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with real estate off-plan sales models and digital lead generation

• Experience managing agency-side and client-side workflows

• Background in performance marketing, SEO/SEM, or live activations
