Job Description

This role involves identifying potential clients, managing short sales cycles, and supporting ongoing customer relationships. Responsibilities include analyzing customer data, developing sales reports, and supporting account management strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients across various sectors.
  • Engage with small accounts to promote STC's products, aligning with marketing strategies to meet sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts to maximize revenue.
  • Assist Account Managers in client interactions and account planning to optimize profits.
  • Analyze customer data to inform sales strategies and report on account performance.
  • Coordinate with departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve service issues.
  • Participate in preparing client proposals and presentations.
  • Support the tender process and establish contractual agreements.
  • Maintain communication with sales teams and support cross-functional projects.
  • Perform data analysis and contribute to sales reports.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints in line with account management principles.
  • Ensure accuracy of documentation and customer database entries.
Experience & Skills
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales or key account management, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering.
