Black & Grey HR is hiring for a leading engineering simulation software company recognized as an innovation partner to top-tier clients across Aerospace & Defense and Oil & Gas sectors. We are seeking a strategic and results-oriented Senior Account Manager to lead high-value client relationships and deliver measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Account Management: Lead and manage a portfolio of high-value client accounts, ensuring alignment with their business objectives and driving long-term success.
  2. Client Relationship Building: Cultivate deep, trust-based relationships with key stakeholders, including C-suite executives, to establish yourself as a strategic advisor and go-to partner.
  3. Opportunity Identification & Growth: Proactively identify opportunities for account growth, innovation, and value creation, ensuring that the client’s evolving needs are met.
  4. Tailored Solutions Development: Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that address client challenges and align with broader market dynamics.
  5. Market Insight & Trends: Stay informed about industry trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and position the company as a thought leader in the sector.
  6. Negotiation & Contract Management: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and long-term partnership sustainability.
  7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and product teams to ensure seamless execution of client strategies and solutions.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in strategic account management, with a focus on long-term relationship building.
  • Strong ability to analyze and anticipate client needs and market trends.
  • Minimum 5 years of technical sales experience and familiarity with simulation software or related industries preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership.
