About the Role


We’re looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager to join our Riyadh office. In this role, you'll manage and grow our most strategic enterprise clients. If you're a proactive relationship builder, a skilled negotiator, and passionate about driving client success — this is your opportunity to make an impact.


You’ll play a key role in sustaining long-term partnerships, increasing account value, and supporting junior team members as a mentor.


Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts

  • Identify and lead cross-sell and up-sell opportunities

  • Build executive-level relationships and become a trusted advisor

  • Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and ROI

  • Mentor mid-level and junior account team members

  • Maintain detailed CRM records and accurate revenue forecasts

  • Deliver quarterly business reviews and strategic account updates


What You’ll Need




  • 4+ years of experience in SaaS account management or enterprise client success

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing

  • Proven ability in stakeholder engagement and strategic growth

  • Strong command of CRM tools, sales pipelines, and data tracking

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (Arabic is a strong plus)

  • Experience with cloud-based/contact center solutions is preferred
