Job description

The successful candidate will work as part of the Public Sector team within the Markets function. As an Account Manager (AM), you will support the Account Lead Partner by driving account management activities related to business development and the account's go-to-market plan. The AM is expected to contribute to the development and execution of the account strategy, develop leads, support the pursuit of new opportunities, and manage relationships with key clients, ensuring the quality of proposals and submissions. This role requires collaboration with teams across functions and solutions in the Middle East and globally.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Proactively identify and assess opportunities according to the opportunity management framework and processes.
  2. Project manage qualified opportunities in coordination with bid and solutions teams; develop content for proposals for medium and large opportunities.
  3. Build and manage relationships with local and international client teams to showcase their expertise effectively.
  4. Support the Lead Partner in developing broad and deep client relationships.
  5. Achieve account goals, targets, and sales/pipeline within the allocated account.
  6. Develop and execute the account plan and strategy.
  7. Monitor account progress and keep key stakeholders informed about outcomes.
  8. Manage and facilitate internal meetings related to the account.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 8 years of experience in management consulting, preferably within a professional services firm.
  2. Experience in the public sector.
  3. Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  4. Fluency in spoken and written Arabic and English.
  5. Proven track record in business development.
  6. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
