Job Summary: The Senior Account Manager will serve as the primary liaison between BTC and Aramco, overseeing all aspects of the client relationship. This includes driving sales initiatives, providing accurate project estimations, and managing operational activities to ensure the delivery of high-quality products/services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain a strong, long-term relationship with Aramco, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and effectively.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell BTC's products/services to Aramco, aligning with their evolving needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and present proposals that meet client requirements and drive revenue growth.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics as established by the company.
- Estimation and Project Planning:
- Prepare accurate and competitive cost estimations for client projects, considering all relevant factors and potential risks.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
- Operational Oversight:
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of products/services to the client.
- Monitor project progress, proactively identifying and addressing any issues that may impact quality or delivery timelines.
- Manage the account's budget, ensuring profitability while delivering value to the client.
- Oversee invoicing and payment processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Provide regular updates to EVP on account status, sales performance, and project progress.
- Analyze account metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance client satisfaction and account growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in account management, sales, or a related role, preferably within ICT.
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of project estimation and operational processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
