Job summary

A leading company seeks a Trusted Advisor in Riyadh to strengthen customer relations and drive sales in complex business software solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales with a proven track record in the IT sector, particularly within the Entertainment, Sports, and Tourism industries. Bilingual talent in English and Arabic is preferred to enhance community engagement and align with Saudization initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years in sales of complex business software/IT solutions.
  • Experience in the KSA market and network is mandatory.
  • Proven track record in large transactions and competitive environments.

Responsibilities

  • Establish strong customer relationships and manage account strategies.
  • Lead remote teams and maximize sales support organization's value.
  • Ensure positioning for all customer touch points and events.

Trusted Advisor

Establishes strong relationships based on knowledge of customer requirements and commitment to value (value of counsel and expertise, value of solutions, value of implementation expertise). Builds a foundation for future business opportunities and accurate account information and coaching.

Demonstrates leadership skills in the orchestration of remote teams. Ensures account teams and partners are well versed in each account’s strategy and well positioned for all customer touch points and events. Maximizes the value of all sales support organizations.

Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of experience in sales of complex business software / IT solutions
  • Experience and established network in the KSA is a must
  • Experience selling to Entertainment, Sports, and Tourism industries is a plus
  • Proven track record in business application software sales
  • Experience in a lead role of a team-selling environment
  • Demonstrated success with large transactions and lengthy sales campaigns in a fast-paced, consultative, and competitive market
  • Business level English and Arabic: Fluent
  • Saudi national talent pool preferred in line with Saudization targets
