Job summary

Leverage your experience and join the dynamic team in theService Segment Manager (Sales Manager) roleat a company that ranks among the world's leading manufacturers and suppliers of smart instrumentation and analyzers, based in Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia.

Key Accountabilities
  • Develops and implements a market-based strategy including direct, third-party, and project sales.
  • Interprets the global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements.
  • Leads the definition of industry group footprint (market presence and delivery model).
  • Defines key targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and ensures those are achieved.
  • Ensures the company’s value proposition for the target segment is developed (internally and externally).
  • Supports local sales organizations to ensure they are positively perceived in the target segment(s).
  • Feeds back to the business/product groups on market developments and requirements.
  • Ensures that the major accounts in the segment(s) are identified and prioritized.
  • Participates in the development of international standards and regulations
  • Ensures that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and requirements are integrated and are up to date.
  • Builds relationships with key external influencers to support the company’s new ventures.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key stakeholders.
  • Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Minimum of 7 years in a service organization with at least 3 years’ experience in sales.
  • Knowledge to use sales tools (Salesforce, SAP booking , PPT, Excel) to your advantage.
  • Knowledge of service portfolio for low voltage and medium voltage.
  • Salesforce, SAP booking, and Microsoft Knowledge of service portfolio for LV&MV.
  • Fluency in English (reading and writing) is required.
