Key Accountabilities
- Develops and implements a market-based strategy including direct, third-party, and project sales.
- Interprets the global industry segment strategy to meet region/country requirements.
- Leads the definition of industry group footprint (market presence and delivery model).
- Defines key targets (e.g., volume, prices, portfolio mix) and ensures those are achieved.
- Ensures the company’s value proposition for the target segment is developed (internally and externally).
- Supports local sales organizations to ensure they are positively perceived in the target segment(s).
- Feeds back to the business/product groups on market developments and requirements.
- Ensures that the major accounts in the segment(s) are identified and prioritized.
- Participates in the development of international standards and regulations
- Ensures that Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and requirements are integrated and are up to date.
- Builds relationships with key external influencers to support the company’s new ventures.
- Builds and maintains strong relationships at senior levels with the key stakeholders.
- Drives and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
- Minimum of 7 years in a service organization with at least 3 years’ experience in sales.
- Knowledge to use sales tools (Salesforce, SAP booking , PPT, Excel) to your advantage.
- Knowledge of service portfolio for low voltage and medium voltage.
- Salesforce, SAP booking, and Microsoft Knowledge of service portfolio for LV&MV.
- Fluency in English (reading and writing) is required.
