Job description

Are you an experienced security professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for operational excellence? We are currently seeking a Security Team Manager (STM) to lead a dedicated security team at a cutting-edge client datacenter in Saudi Arabia.

As STM, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of site security operations, driving performance, and ensuring a safe, secure, and compliant environment. Reporting to the Campus Security Manager (CSM), you will collaborate with other leaders across the campus to maintain the highest standards of safety and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage on-site security personnel including responders, administrative officers, and control room staff
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development in partnership with the local branch
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures, acting as responder or control room supervisor when needed
  • Monitor and report on KPIs, audit findings, system performance, and compliance metrics
  • Act as the main point of contact in the absence of the Campus Security Manager
  • Support client service delivery and resolve on-site operational issues
  • Maintain and troubleshoot security technologies such as CCTV, access control, and SOC systems
  • Identify and escalate safety or security issues while ensuring accurate documentation is maintained
  • Assist in emergency response planning and execution
  • Contribute to a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in the security industry, including prior team leadership
  • Strong knowledge of datacenter operations is highly desirable
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Must be a Saudi National (for security roles)
  • Valid transportation and communication means
  • Advanced computer literacy (Microsoft Office, incident management software, surveillance tools)
  • Successful completion of background screening
