Day-to-day
Administration

Oversees the daily workflow, schedules, and assignments of security outsource. Overview all the patrolling sheets, log books, handover/takeover, key control sheets. Ensure all departmental files, documents are organized, kept neat and in order. All office supplies and materials are available all the time.

Technical Responsibilities

To manage in the absence of Risk & Security Manager, the department according to hotel policy and procedures. Supervise other Security Officers and conduct briefings for them each change of shift. Assign duties as per the instructions from Risk & Security Manager. Provide friendly, courteous, and professional service at all times. Respond to all emergency incidents, accidents, and near misses immediately. Patrol and spot check during his/her shift in the entire hotel. Monitor and crosscheck all RFID cards issuance and activity, key controlling. Assist the Risk and Security Manager in all investigations ongoing by gathering information, completing reports. Diffuse disturbances by company policy and procedures. Assist Manager on Duty regarding guest’s complaints. Conduct security training for new hotel employees, outsource staff, and subcontracting staff. Organize and deliver various departmental drill exercises. Daily physical safety inspection. Monitor CCTV and alarm systems. Enforce rules and regulations. Control visitors and contractors. Review and control hotel gate passes. Assume other responsibilities as assigned by Risk and Security Manager.

Bachelor’s degree, higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration / Business Administration. Two to Three years’ prior tenure in a similar role. International luxury hotel chain background. GCC exposure. English Fluency is required. Arabic Fluency is preferred.
