Overview

To oversee all security shift activities, ensuring the protection of PDC personnel and property at all times. The role also involves providing a safe working environment for the Security Team.

Responsibilities
  • Apply and monitor the enforcement of security policies, procedures, and controls during the shift to ensure compliance with relevant procedural and legislative requirements while delivering quality service to customers.
  • Prepare the security personnel distribution plan and manage the personnel vacation schedule.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance records.
  • Supervise security personnel on the assigned shift, ensuring the quality of work is maintained.
  • Handle and control emergency situations, such as fire, behavioral issues, medical emergencies, etc., in accordance with emergency response procedures.
  • Maintain a professional reputation for the department, company, and community.
  • Monitor security patrol vehicles and conduct regular checks on posts and patrols.
  • Maintain records for visitors and all security equipment.
  • Ensure all guards report to duty in full uniform.
  • Supervise the shift activities and work of security contractors, providing both formal and informal feedback to ensure compliance with PDC standards.
  • Train new security personnel.
  • Prepare timely and accurate reports to meet company and department requirements, policies, and standards.
  • Maintain weekly, monthly, and yearly reports for all incidents in KAP.
  • Coordinate with other organizations within KAP.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls across the section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, and responsible environmental stewardship.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree with certification in a relevant field, including security-related military/police courses and facilities protection.
  • ISPS-PFSO certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial security, with at least 2 years in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in English communication skills.
