Security Section Head

About the Role:

As our Industrial Security Section Head, you will be responsible for overseeing comprehensive security operations within our industrial facilities. You'll lead the development and implementation of security policies, manage a dedicated security team, and ensure the protection of our personnel, assets, and sensitive information.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement robust security policies and protocols
• Lead and mentor a team of security professionals
• Conduct security assessments and risk analyses
• Manage incident response and investigations
• Create and oversee emergency response plans
• Develop security awareness training programs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Manage security budgets and resources

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Business Administration, or related field
• 15+ years of security management experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role
• Strong background in industrial security operations
• Professional security certifications (CPO, CPP, PSP) are advantageous
• Proven leadership and team management capabilities
• Expert knowledge of security systems and technologies
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
