Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Manager to join our team in Madinah, Saudi Arabia. As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of security operations to ensure the safety and protection of our personnel, assets, and information. This role requires a detail-oriented and analytical approach to developing and implementing comprehensive security strategies that align with our organization's goals and objectives.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain security policies, procedures, and protocols to safeguard the organization's assets, employees, and information.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and security audits to identify potential vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Manage and lead the security team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to ensure high performance and adherence to security standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to integrate security measures into overall business operations and processes.
  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and operation of security systems, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems.
  • Investigate security incidents, prepare detailed reports, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies, emergency services, and relevant government authorities.
  • Develop and manage the security department budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
  • Stay informed about emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve the organization's security posture.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable local, national, and international security regulations and standards.
  • Coordinate and oversee emergency response procedures, including crisis management and business continuity planning.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective security strategies and programs.
  • In-depth knowledge of security protocols, emergency response procedures, and crisis management techniques.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse security team.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make quick, informed decisions under pressure.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in security management software and systems.
  • Relevant security certifications (e.g., Certified Protection Professional - CPP) are highly desirable.
  • Thorough understanding of local laws and regulations related to security in Saudi Arabia.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in luxury or high-profile environments is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance security needs with customer service and operational efficiency.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining security records and documentation.
