Industrial Complex, Riyadh



The center of alfanar’s industrial activities is alfanar Industrial Complex situated in the Third Industrial Zone on Al-Kharj Road, Riyadh.



Spread across 700,000 square meters, the Complex houses alfanar’s facilities.



The Complex has a comprehensive infrastructure including a data and communication center as well as a commercial zone.


Job Purpose

Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining security strategies and procedures to protect the organization’s personnel, assets, operations, and information in industrial and operational environments. Ensures compliance with local regulations, manages risk, and oversees all physical and operational security measures.




Key Accountability Areas

Development and Implementation of Security Policies:




  • Manage the Implementation of comprehensive industrial security policies and procedures.

  • Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.


Security Systems Management:




  • Oversee the operation and maintenance of site access control systems.

  • Manage surveillance systems, intrusion detection, and alarm systems for all facilities.


Government and Regulatory Coordination:




  • Liaise with relevant government agencies to ensure compliance with national security standards.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements affecting industrial security.


Risk Management and Audits:




  • Lead periodic security audits and risk assessments across all facilities.

  • Identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective action plans to mitigate risks.


Emergency Preparedness:




  • Develop, implement, and regularly test site-specific emergency response plans.

  • Coordinate drills and simulations to ensure readiness for various emergency scenarios.


Training and Awareness Programs:




  • Conduct regular security training sessions for employees at all levels.

  • Promote awareness on security practices, emergency protocols, and workplace safety.


Incident Management:




  • Lead incident response efforts, including initial containment, investigation, and resolution.

  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all security-related incidents.
