The HSE Manager is accountable for leading all activities connected to HSE, safety, and emergency response at the Yanbu site. The Supervisor will implement and carry out security, health, and environmental management plans, policies, standards, and programs at the sites to develop world-class performance in Occupational Safety & Health, Process Safety, and Emergency Response. The position is also responsible for the technical management of the site's security systems and procedures.
Minimum Requirements:
BS Degree in Engineering (preferably in Chemistry or Mechanical).
Wide training in the areas of safety, environmental protection, and industrial safety or industrial management (e.g., OSHA).
Certifications specializing in Safety, Health & Environment.
Minimum 15 years of total work experience.
Minimum 10 years of work experience in the area of HSE, emergency planning, and safety.
Experience with Royal Commission and High Commission of Industrial Safety regulations.
Experience implementing HSE Systems (SMS, EMS, and EPO) and knowledge of HSE disciplines.
