Security Control Center Leader

We are seeking experienced Security Control Center Leader to join our team. As a Security Control Center Leader, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our security operations and ensuring the safety of our personnel and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise the security control center team
• Monitor advanced security systems including CCTV and access control
• Develop and implement security protocols and emergency response procedures
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services when needed
• Maintain detailed security incident records and prepare management reports
• Conduct regular team training sessions
• Evaluate and improve security measures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or higher (Security Management degree preferred)
• Proven experience in industrial security.
• Familiarity with HCIS security protocols
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Excellent communication and decision-making skills
• Proficiency with security technology and systems

Working Hours: The position involves shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be available for emergency response.
