Security Architect - Big ID Developer

The Big ID Developer is responsible for designing, developing and implementing custom solutions and integrations for the Big ID platform. This role leverages technical expertise to enhance the platform's functionality, tailor it to organizations' needs and ensure seamless integration with other data management and security tools.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop solutions to identify, classify, and manage sensitive data across diverse data sources.
2. Build and maintain core functionalities of the Big ID platform, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
3. Implement security best practices and automation tools to safeguard the platform.
4. Create custom applications or integrations that extend the Big ID platform's capabilities and seamlessly connect with existing systems.
5. Utilize Big ID APIs to develop integrations, custom applications, and dashboards.
6. Investigate and resolve technical issues related to custom development with Big ID.
7. Reach out to the Big ID team through service requests if support is required.

Qualifications:

1. 2+ years of experience automating IT processes.
2. 2-5 years of experience as an IT expert supporting SaaS and backend services, preferably.
3. A data privacy, data security, and automation mindset.
4. A customer experience mindset: excited to dig into any issue, big or small, provide empathy, and develop customer-centric solutions.
5. Strong knowledge of infrastructure platforms: Active Directory, CIFS File Systems, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, SQL.
6. Proficiency with MS Excel and MS SQL to manipulate large data sets for analysis.
7. Familiarity with APIs and connectors development.
8. Big ID Certification (preferred, but not essential).
