Big ID Developer

The Big ID Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing custom solutions and integrations for the Big ID platform. This role leverages technical expertise to enhance the platform's functionality, tailor it to organizational needs, and ensure seamless integration with other data management and security tools.

Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions to identify, classify, and manage sensitive data across diverse data sources.
• Build and maintain core functionalities of the Big ID platform, ensuring smooth operation and performance.
• Implement security best practices and automation tools to safeguard the platform and facilitate efficient updates.
• Create custom applications or integrations that extend the Big ID platform's capabilities and connect seamlessly with existing systems.
• Configure BigID Privacy modules.
• Utilize BigID APIs to develop integrations, custom applications, and dashboards.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to custom development with BigID.
• Coordinate with the BigID support team through service requests when support is required.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience automating IT processes.
• 2-5 years of experience supporting SaaS and backend services, preferably at a technology company.
• Strong mindset towards data privacy, security, and automation.
• Customer-centric approach: eager to troubleshoot issues, provide empathy, and develop solutions focused on user needs.
• Solid knowledge of infrastructure platforms such as Active Directory, CIFS File Systems, Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and SQL.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and MS SQL for manipulating large data sets and analysis.
• Familiarity with API development and connector integration.
• BigID Certification (preferred but not essential).
