Section Manager Innovation Planning

The general objective of the job:

Enhance the development of institutional and digital innovation strategies in line with the objectives of the government sector. This involves identifying innovative initiatives and projects, establishing strategic partnerships with internal and external entities, and developing frameworks and methodologies to promote innovation. The manager contributes to improving institutional performance by conducting research and studies to support innovation, coordinating efforts between relevant sectors to achieve proactive innovative solutions, and disseminating best practices to raise awareness of the importance of innovation in digital transformation and developing digital government. Responsibilities include providing recommendations, offering solutions, planning, enhancing, prioritizing, reviewing, staying informed, and following up.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan an integrated innovation strategy: Align with government sector objectives by analyzing strategic goals and identifying related projects to ensure innovation integration and measurable results.
2. Enhance innovative frameworks: Continuously research and apply global best practices to stimulate institutional innovation and ensure sustainable innovative solutions.
3. Build strategic networks: Organize workshops and conferences to develop partnerships within government and private sectors, facilitating knowledge exchange and cooperation.
4. Provide recommendations and solutions: Study and analyze government sector needs to support innovative initiatives that improve institutional performance and achieve strategic goals.
5. Develop an innovative roadmap: Collaborate with stakeholders, study local and international experiences, and formulate a roadmap to position the agency as a leader in digital innovation.
6. Operational planning: Develop detailed plans for innovative initiatives, identify resource needs, and establish mechanisms to ensure project effectiveness and goal achievement.
7. Research and experimentation: Conduct research on innovative experiments and collaborate with the digital experimentation department to develop solutions for improving innovation quality and effectiveness.
8. Enhance cooperation: Work with consulting management to identify research areas that support innovation and develop strategic solutions.
9. Disseminate best practices: Organize workshops and seminars to share innovative practices and increase awareness within the government sector.
10. Future foresight: Design scenarios for future challenges in digital government, test hypotheses, and develop innovative solutions for digital transformation.
11. Other tasks: Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by the manager.
