In this role, you will be responsible of:
Deploy Loss analysis to deliver cost improvement, new products and other initiatives management program to deliver timely and effective bottom-line results
Analyses performance data to identify and measure effectiveness of existing processes and recommend process improvements.
Partners with BUs and Functions personnel to secure data for identification of improvement opportunities/project definitions.
Validates improvement opportunities using appropriate tools and assists in the building the improvement plans.
Can design digital systems to track performance through dashboards and real-time informatics in the factories
Provides technical support in specialized areas, including process simulation/safety, modelling, process optimization.
Applies knowledge of operational environment to identify actions to remove barriers for operational excellence initiatives.
Benchmarks and interacts with other organizations to optimize work processes, assists in building BU specific improvement plans.
Implements operational excellence projects and initiatives as identified in the plan to meet the objectives and goals set.
Maps key processes and facilitate others in process mapping.
Minimum Qualification and Experience:
Engineering Degree with relevant experience.
7 to 8 years experience with Degree is desirable
