We are a family-owned and operated business in Medina, OH, seeking a highly organized and efficient secondary machine operator for 2nd shift.

Qualifications:

• Mechanical aptitude & willingness to learn—on-the-job training provided
• CNC knowledge and programming
• Training on first shift, then moving to second shift
• Opportunity to grow knowledge & skills through various training & on-the-job experiences
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Ability to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches and micrometers
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift

Responsibilities:

• Operate secondary machines, including hand feeding machines like rollers and/or lathes/mills
• Set up machines and make necessary adjustments
• Inspect and measure finished products
• Package and assemble boxes
• Operate forklift (training provided)
• Follow all safety rules
