We are looking for an experienced and self-driven Sea Logistics Sales Representative with sea logistics sales experience and strong motivation to hunt for new business and take on an evolving role in Jeddah.

In this role, you will acquire, win, and retain new customers. As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative, you will maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders and maximize business opportunities to achieve goals. You will focus mainly on customer-facing activities, hunting for new business, and working with the Customer Care team on the same customers. You will make pricing decisions in alignment with the Customer Care Manager, following trade management and pricing recommendations. You will be the account owner of a sales portfolio.

How you create impact
  • Generate new sea logistics business opportunities, focusing on SME accounts.
  • Prepare quotations using our online tools and submit proposals to customers.
  • Deliver presentations about our main sea logistics products.
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and products.
  • Report customer complaints to the Customer Care Team.
  • Coordinate with the Customer Care Team during onboarding of new customers and provide complete content in the Customer Promise/CCL handover form.
  • Demonstrate superior Sea Logistics product and trade knowledge, and monitor the marketplace for competitive insights.
What we would like you to bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a similar discipline, or relevant sea logistics sales experience.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry in Saudi Arabia.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sea logistics sales in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on developing SME accounts.
  • Self-starter and proactive, with a hunter mindset for developing new business.
  • Good command of English language and native Arabic speaker.
