Job Purpose
This position offers a unique opportunity to participate in a Supervisor Development Program for Chief Mechanics within Arabian Drilling (AD). Selected candidates will undergo a comprehensive training program designed to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in a supervisory role. The program combines classroom learning, on-the-job training, and practical experience on offshore or onshore drilling rigs, fostering a well-rounded understanding of mechanical equipment operations, maintenance procedures, and leadership principles.
