Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled SDF BO Business Configuration Engineer for a 12-month extendable contract based in Saudi Arabia. If you have experience in Ericsson Catalogue, business configuration, troubleshooting, and system integration, this could be a great opportunity for you.

Role Overview:

As an SDF BO Business Configuration Engineer, you will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting services within the SDF network. You will play a key role in integration, migration, and system testing, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Configure and troubleshoot services within the SDF network
  2. Work with Ericsson Catalogue to create and manage products
  3. Execute integration, migration, and system testing
  4. Identify and drive process improvements
  5. Analyze performance reports and traffic patterns
  6. Handle change requests and ensure smooth execution
  7. Provide 24/7 support for network issues (including night shifts when required)

Required Skills & Experience:

  1. Linux OS administration & basic IP networking
  2. SQL & Oracle Database experience
  3. Unix Shell Scripting & automation skills
  4. Experience with JBoss, SOAP UI, and system integration
  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  6. Fluent in English and able to work independently
