Job Summary:

At Six Flags Qiddiya, the position of Lifeguard - Specialized is responsible for the overall safety and satisfaction of all guests at Aquarabia Water Theme Park. The Lifeguard - Specialized must possess and demonstrate technical skills, soft skills, and character traits essential for success in this role. Above all, the Lifeguard - Specialized is passionate about waterpark operations, guest satisfaction, and preventing drowning.

Job Duties:

• Comply with the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya's code of conduct and ethics.
• Promote the park's vision, mission, values, and desired behaviors.
• Promote and spread the culture of Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya.
• Adhere to all rules and regulations.
• Ensure the safety of all guests and colleagues, with a commitment to drowning prevention.
• Assist in the daily operation of all aquatic attractions and adventure experiences.
• Conduct safety checks for attractions and guest experiences, including risk management and standards compliance.
• Respond to medical emergencies within scope of training and certification.
• Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and gather guest feedback.
• Collaborate with other operational departments.
• Maintain necessary certifications, including ILTP Lifeguard License.
• Work extended hours, including long shifts, holidays, weekends, and non-operational hours.
• Perform environmental and cleanliness duties for guest and colleague areas.
• Participate in trainings, meetings, and events as scheduled.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Ensure a fun and safe environment for guests and colleagues.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management, aligned with safety and operational success.

Requirements:

Education: Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Experience: Experience in hospitality, entertainment, amusement, or guest services, preferably in the Middle East or internationally. Experience in whitewater rafting, canyoneering, deep water, rock climbing, or surfing is preferred.

Skills: Proficiency in English (written and spoken). Basic Arabic communication skills are desired. Basic computer skills.
