The Scheduling Engineer is fully familiar with scheduling and planning requirements for Oil and Gas capital projects FEL/FEED, Detailed Design, Materials Procurement, Construction, Pre-commissioning. Power BI skills at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities
  • Create, update, and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other teams to gather necessary information for schedule development
  • Analyze schedule performance and identify potential risks or delays
  • Prepare and present regular reports on scheduling status to stakeholders
  • Facilitate project meetings to discuss schedule updates and changes
  • Implement corrective actions to mitigate schedule-related issues
  • Maintain detailed documentation of project schedules and changes
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Civil or Mechanical
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in project scheduling within the Oil & Gas sector
