Job Title: Scheduler

Location: Jubail, KSA
Duration: 12 months (renewable) – Project completion expected by end of 2027
Start Date: ASAP (visa processing takes 6 to 8 weeks)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly analytical and organized Scheduler to support Project Amiral in Jubail, KSA. This role requires an individual with a global perspective, strong analytical skills, and the ability to synthesize complex schedules. The Scheduler will liaise with all project packages and external stakeholders to develop and maintain a Master Schedule, ensuring efficient coordination and minimizing potential disruptions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Project Packages (1 to 5) and third-party stakeholders (infrastructure, inspection, pipelines, etc.) to establish and maintain a comprehensive Master Schedule.
  • Identify and track project activities, dependencies, and impacts, ensuring seamless alignment between internal and external schedules.
  • Proactively analyze schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies to support timely project completion.
  • Ensure effective communication across multidisciplinary teams and external partners to synchronize timelines and deliverables.
  • Continuously update and refine the Master Schedule to reflect project developments and emerging requirements.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for management to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications & Skills:
  • Proven experience in project scheduling for large-scale industrial projects, preferably in the energy sector.
  • Expertise in scheduling tools such as Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent.
  • Strong understanding of project planning, risk assessment, and coordination methodologies.
  • Ability to synthesize and structure complex information into a clear and actionable Master Schedule.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to coordinate across teams and external partners.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
