SUMMARY:

We pride ourselves in providing the best quality experience to parents, students, and partners, and you will be a part of that success. Locations that you will support are primarily in Saudi, with some remote work required for other Middle East countries. The ability to travel is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and coordinate curricula, activities, and games with staff
• Confidently lead our team of instructors to build a safe, happy, and stimulating learning environment for students ages 3-18
• Oversee the coordination of education programs
• Ensure that facilities are maintained
• Manage and support all staff
• Assist with possible incidents
• Communicate proactively with parents
• Manage and support teaching staff and promote their professional development
• Manage and oversee the digital system and billing for parents
• Ensure the center’s facilities are safe for children and comply with laws and regulations
• Evaluate and create lists of materials, equipment, and supplies that need to be purchased
• Ensure all programs are running smoothly
• Train teams coming from the US as necessary
• Attend meetings and take notes with Supervisor as necessary
• Support at Middle East operations remotely, with travel being a plus

EDUCATION & RELATED WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working with children required
• Extensive experience in operations required
• Must be fluent in English and Arabic
